The experience was built over the years, thank to the works performed in so many areas of the Central and Northern Italy, on several construction sites with different work typologies, in prestigious locations and having high-end customers.

Over the last decade, the company has taken into consideration this type of work, building small residential complexes at the best quality/price ration between the finishes offered and the sale prices of the properties.
A tangible testimony of this policy is the complete sale of the units available under construction, often even before the beginning of the finishings works.

During its existence, the I.C.R.E. BCB srl knew how to convert its technical qualities to embrace in the best possible way the contemporary demands of the market and, over the years, it developed a branch specialized in offering global services to its clients, getting involved as General Contractor especially in the Retail segment. Being a General Contractor means acting as sole contact for the customer, offering support during all the project stages, from planning to turnkey execution, solving every possible problem, so the project can be implemented and delivered while meeting the customer’s expectations/demands.

During its existence, I.C.R.E. BCB srl has been commissioned to perform several public construction works, particularly renovation of Public Institutions offices in Venice, in the Province and all over Triveneto, as operational area.
